Reads a double type floating point number from the reader object's stream and returns its value.
function ReadDouble: Double;
__fastcall Double ReadDouble();
ReadDouble is a helper method used by other reader methods to read a tagged double type floating-point data value at the current reader Position. ReadFloat first checks the value type (TValueType) by calling the ReadValue method. If the item is a vaDouble ReadDouble calls Read and returns the double value. Otherwise it calls ReadInteger.
