Implements the IInterface System::TAggregatedObject::_AddRef method.

Do not call the protected System::TAggregatedObject::_AddRef method directly. System::TAggregatedObject::_AddRef is called through the interface to indicate that another object is using the interfaced object's interface pointer. When the other object is through with the interface, it calls System::TInterfacedObject::_Release through the same interface. This allows the interfaced object to free itself when it is no longer used (when the reference count goes to zero).
