Provides an opportunity to copy the component to the clipboard in custom formats.

Description

The forms designer calls Copy when the user tries to copy the component to the clipboard. When Copy is called, the component's filed image is already on the Clipboard.  

Implement Copy to copy a different clipboard format, which is ignored by the designer but might be recognized by another application.
