Adding a Conditional Block

Note: If the control structure requires a condition, you can enter the condition with the in-place editor, or you can enter it using the Condition field in the Object Inspector

To add a statement block to the activation bar:

In the Tool Palette, click the Conditional Block button.
Click the target activation bar.

Alternatively:

Right-click an activation bar on a sequence diagram.
Choose Add Conditional Block on the context menu.

To set the type of the conditional block (if, for, and so on):

Open the Object Inspector.
Click the drop-down arrow for your choices.
