To arrange your toolbars
- Click the grab bar on the left side of any toolbar.
- Drag the toolbar to another location or onto your desktop.
To delete icons from the toolbar
- Choose View
ToolbarsCustomize.
- From the toolbar, not the Customize dialog box, drag the tool from the toolbar until its icon displays an X and then release the mouse button.
- When completed, click Close.
To add icons to the toolbar
- Choose ViewToolbarsCustomize.
- Click the Commands tab.
- In the Categories list, select a category to view its tool icons.
- From the Commands list, drag the selected icon onto the toolbar of your choice.
- When completed, click Close.
