Starts a new session.

Description

Call NewSession to generate a new session. NewSession starts a new session and returns an interface that can be used to terminate that session. 

If the sessions service already has MaxSessions sessions, NewSession raises an ESessionsException exception.

Note: The OnStartSession event does not occur immediately when you call NewSession to start a new session. It occurs on the next call to NotifyStatusChange.
Tip: To reconnect to an existing session, call the ConnectActive method instead.
