Returns a mask that matches the path portion of any URL to which this object responds.

Description

The DispatchMask method must be implemented by all auto-dispatching objects to allow Web Module (or Web Dispatcher) to identify the HTTP messages it should forward to the this component. It returns the Mask property of the TWebDispatch object specified by the WebDispatch property.
