Compares the System::Variant::Variant with another value, testing for inequality.

Description

The != System::Variant::!= returns true if the System::Variant::Variant's value is not the same as the value specified by rhs, false otherwise. If the comparison is not possible because of an invalid variant type conversion, an EVariantError exception is thrown.
