Returns true if the specified character matches any character in the delimiters string.
function IsDelimiter(const delimiters: AnsiStringT&; index: Integer): bool;
__fastcall bool IsDelimiter(const AnsiStringT& delimiters, int index) const;
System::AnsiStringT::IsDelimiter returns true if the byte indicated by index (counting from 1) is a single-byte character contained in delimiters. If the byte is part of a multi-byte character or not in delimiters, System::AnsiStringT::IsDelimiter returns false.
