function WideSameText(const S1: WideString; const S2: WideString): Boolean;
Boolean WideSameText(const BSTR S1, const BSTR S2);
WideSameText compares S1 to S2, without case sensitivity. The compare operation is controlled by the current locale. The return value is true if the two strings have the same value, false otherwise.
