Specifies the number of milliseconds in a day.
MSecsPerDay = SecsPerDay * MSecsPerSec;
MSecsPerDay = SecsPerDay * MSecsPerSec;
MSecsPerDay is the number of milliseconds (86,400,000) in a day. It is the product of SecsPerDay and MSecsPerSec.
Using this constant rather than hard coding 86400000 makes for more readable code.
