function AnsiSameText(const S1: string; const S2: string): Boolean;
Boolean AnsiSameText(const AnsiString S1, const AnsiString S2);
AnsiSameText compares S1 to S2, without case sensitivity. The compare operation is controlled by the current locale. The return value is true if the two strings have the same value, false otherwise.
