Enables or disables the action, depending on the currently active control in the form.

Description

Do not call the UpdateTarget method. This method is called automatically so that actions can update themselves according to current conditions. 

In TEditUndo, UpdateTarget checks whether the current target object (specified by the Target parameter) is an edit control that is in a state where it can back out changes. If so, UpdateTarget sets Enabled to true. If not, UpdateTarget sets Enabled to false.
