Creates and initializes an instance of TCustomAdapterPageProducer.

Description

Call Create to instantiate an adapter page producer at runtime. Adapter page producers placed in a Web page module at design time (or by the Web page module wizard) are instantiated automatically. 

AOwner is a component, typically a Web page module, that becomes the value of the Owner property. The Owner is responsible for freeing the TCustomAdapterPageProducer instance.
