Sets the OnGetSocket event handler.

Description

Applications cannot call this protected method. SetGetSocketEvent sets the OnGetSocket event handler of the TServerWinSocket object that describes the server endpoint of the listening connection. Server socket objects use TServerWinSocket to implement their OnGetSocket event.
