TChangeRange indicates the direction in which a node is moved.

TChangeRange is the type of the Value parameter of an outline node's ChangeLevelBy method. It can take one of the following values:

Value	Meaning
-1	Move the node toward the root by one level.
1	Move the node toward the leaf by one level.
