Destroys an instance of TIBEvents.
destructor Destroy; override;
virtual __fastcall ~TIBEvents();
Do not call Destroy directly in an application. Instead, call Free. Free verifies that the TIBEvents object is not nil and only then calls Destroy. Destroy unregisters the events and then frees them.
