Creates an instance of TPaintBox.

Description

Call Create to instantiate a TPaintBox object at runtime. TPaintBox objects added to forms at design time are created automatically.  

Call Create to instantiate a TImage object at runtime. Images placed on forms at design time are created automatically. 

AOwner is the component that is responsible for freeing the paintbox instance. It becomes the value of the Owner property.
