Creates and initializes a TFontDialog instance.

Description

The Create method generates a TFontDialog instance, but the new dialog does not appear on the form at runtime until the Execute method is called. 

AOwner is the component, typically a form or data module, that is responsible for freeing the TFontDialog instance. It becomes the value of the Owner property.
