Destroys an instance of TDBMemo.

Description

Do not call Destroy directly in an application. Instead, call Free. Free checks that the TDBMemo reference is not nil and only then calls Destroy. 

Destroy frees up the memory associated with data handling that was allocated in the constructor, before calling the inherited destructor.
