Creates an instance of TDBLookupControl.

Description

Call Create to instantiate a lookup control at runtime. For lookup controls placed on forms or data modules at design time, Create is called automatically. 

AOwner is the component that is responsible for freeing the lookup control. It becomes the value of the Owner property.
