Indicates whether the control has a parent.

Description

HasParent indicates whether the Parent property has been assigned a value. This method is used by the streaming system to determine whether the control has a parent that is responsible for writing it to a stream. As implemented in TControl, HasParent returns true if the Parent property is not nil (Delphi) or NULL (C++), and false otherwise.
