Reads a TDateTime value from the reader object's stream and returns its value.

Description

ReadDate is a helper method used by other reader methods to read a tagged TDateTime data value at the current reader Position. ReadDate first checks the value type (TValueType) by calling the ReadValue method. If the item is a vaDate ReadDate calls Read and returns the value. Otherwise it calls ReadInteger.
