Introduces an interface for setting the caption on a client.
procedure SetCaption(const Value: string); override;
virtual __fastcall SetCaption(const AnsiString Value);
The associated action calls SetCaption when its Caption property changes so that the action link can propagate the new Caption value to the client object.
Value specifies the string to which the caption should be set.
As implemented in TActionLink, SetCaption does nothing. Descendant classes override SetCaption to set the client property that corresponds to the action's Caption property if the IsCaptionLinked method returns true.
