Destroys the command component.

Description

Do not call Destroy directly in an application. Instead, call Free. Free verifies that the command component is not nil, and only then calls Destroy. 

Destroy performs the following tasks: 

Destroys the command object in the CommandObject property. 

Destroys the parameter collection in the Parameters property. 

Calls the inherited destructor.
