Indicates whether the record position has passed the last record.

Description

GetEOF calls the OnGetFirstRecord event handler. If OnGetFirstRecord is not implemented then the RecordIndex is compared to the RecordCount. Descendant classes may override this method. For example, TDataSetAdapter tests the dataset's EOF.
