Destroys an instance of TBaseArray.
destructor Destroy; override;
virtual __fastcall ~TBaseArray();
Do not call Destroy directly in an application. Instead, call Free. Free checks that the array reference is not nil before calling Destroy.
Destroy frees the memory allocated to hold the list of elements before calling the inherited destructor.
