Creates and initializes a TFindDialog instance.

Description

The Create method generates a TFindDialog instance, but the new dialog does not appear on the form at runtime until the Execute method is called. 

AOwner is the component that is responsible for freeing the dialog. It becomes the value of the Owner property.
