Informs TDSTableProducer of changes in the layout of columns at design time.

Description

Applications can not call the LayoutChanged method directly. LayoutChanged is triggered automatically by changes to the layout of columns at design time. LayoutChanged instructs the TDSTableProducer object to recompute the layout for the table.
