Destroys of an instance of a jpeg image object.

Description

Do not call Destroy directly in an application. Instead, call Free. Free verifies that the TJPEGImage reference is not nil before it calls Destroy. 

Destroy handles the freeing of the internal bitmap image and decrements the reference count on the jpeg data source to which it was linked.
