Returns a list of Web items that are used by default if an application does not explicitly assign child items to this object.

Description

GetDefaultWebComponents supplies the default set of child items for this component. As implemented in TWebContainerComponent, GetDefaultWebComponents always returns nil (Delphi) or NULL (C++). Descendant classes override this method to supply a set of default items.
