Frees an instance of TWebComponentList.

Description

Do not call Destroy directly. Instead, call Free. Free verifies that the TWebComponentList reference is not nil, and only then calls Destroy. 

Destroy frees the memory used to store the list of WebComponents.

Note: Destroy does not free the components in the list.
