Disposes of the instance of a metafile image.

Description

Do not call Destroy directly in an application. Instead, call Free. Free verifies that the TMetafileImage reference is not nil before it calls Destroy. 

Destroy frees the metafile handle and palette before calling the inherited Destroy.
