Variants._VarToUInt64 Function

_VarToUInt64 is used internally by the Delphi compiler.

UInt64 _VarToUInt64(const TVarData V);

Do not call _VarToUInt64 directly. The Delphi compiler automatically inserts calls to this function whenever appropriate.

Note: _VarToUInt64 is not publicly available to Delphi applications.
