Variants._VarShr Function

_VarShr is used internally by the Delphi compiler.

_VarShr(TVarData Left, const TVarData Right);

Do not call _VarShr directly. The Delphi compiler automatically inserts calls to this function whenever appropriate.

Note: _VarShr is not publicly available to Delphi applications.
