_VarFromWChar is used internally by the Delphi compiler.

_VarFromWChar(TVarData V, const WideChar Value);

Do not call _VarFromWChar directly. The Delphi compiler automatically inserts calls to this function whenever appropriate.

Note: _VarFromWChar is not publicly available to Delphi applications.
