_OleVarFromPStr is used internally by the Delphi compiler.

_OleVarFromPStr(TVarData V, const ShortString Value);

Do not call _OleVarFromPStr directly. The Delphi compiler automatically inserts calls to this function whenever appropriate.

Note: _OleVarFromPStr is not publicly available to Delphi applications.
