Indicates whether a TVarData record represents a numeric value.

Description

VarDataIsNumeric returns true if the given TVarData record represents a numeric value of some sort. This can be either a floating-point value or an ordinal value. VarDataIsNumeric does not return true for data from Custom System::Variant types.
