function AnsiSameStr(const S1: string; const S2: string): Boolean;
Boolean AnsiSameStr(const AnsiString S1, const AnsiString S2);
AnsiSameStr compares S1 to S2, with case sensitivity. The compare operation is controlled by the current locale. The return value is true if the two strings have the same value, false otherwise.
