Instantiates a list box control.

Description

Call Create to instantiate a list box control at runtime. For list boxes created at design time, Create is called automatically.AOwner is the component that is responsible for freeing the list box. It becomes the value of the Owner property. If AOwner is nil, the caller is responsible for explicitly freeing the control.
