Enables or disables the action, depending on whether there is an active object.

Description

Do not call the UpdateTarget method. This method is called automatically so that actions can update themselves according to current conditions. 

In THelpContextAction, UpdateTarget checks whether the global Screen object's ActiveConrol property is assigned. If there is an active control, UpdateTarget sets Enabled to true. If not, UpdateTarget sets Enabled to false.
