Returns the value of the PageTitle property.

Description

GetPageTitle is the protected read implementation of the PageTitle property. 

In TAbstractWebPageInfo, GetPageTitle returns the value of the PageName property. Descendant classes override this method to allow Web pages to have titles that differ from their logical name.
