Indicates whether a specified year and day of the year represent a valid date.

Description

IsValidDateDay returns true if 

AYear falls in the range from 1 to 9999 inclusive. 

ADay falls in the range from1 to the number of days in the specified year. 

Otherwise, IsValidDateDay returns false.
