Specifies whether the control's alignment is in a right-to-left mode.

Description

Call UseRightToLeftAlignment to determine whether the TDBRichEdit's alignment is in a right-to-left mode. This information can be used when painting the TDBRichEdit data or when responding to mouse events. 

UseRightToLeftAlignment returns true for middle east locales if the BiDiMode property is bdRightToLeft. Otherwise, it returns false.
