Returns the value of the RecordCount property.

Description

GetRecordCount is the protected read implementation of the RecordCount property. 

GetRecordCount first generates an OnGetRecordCount event, and returns the number of records that the event handler provides. If there is no OnGetRecordCount event handler, GetRecordCount returns the value of the associated dataset's RecordCount property.
