Calls a specified method for each child action of the action list.
procedure GetChildren(Proc: TGetChildProc; Root: TComponent); override;
virtual __fastcall GetChildren(TGetChildProc Proc, TComponent * Root);
GetChildren is used by the component streaming system. For each action in the action list, GetChildren calls the method passed in Proc. The actions are passed to the callback in the order that they are loaded or saved by the component streaming system.
