TEventReason values indicate the reason an event occurred.

TEventReason consists of the five constants summarized in the following table:

A new row was added. |

An existing row was deleted. |
erUpdate |
An existing row was modified with new values. |
erUndoUpdate |
An update operation was canceled. |
erUndoAddNew |
A row insert operation was canceled. |

A row delete operation was canceled. |
erRequery |
The recordset was refreshed with the Requery method. |
erResynch |
The recordset was resynchronized with the Resynch method. |
erClose |
The recordset was closed. |
erMove |
The recordset's row pointer moved. |

Equivalent to the ADO value ad. |
erMoveFirst |
The recordset's row pointer moved to the first row. |
erMoveNext |
The recordset's row pointer moved to the next row. |
