	Convert	This is the overview for the Convert method overload.

	IsSingleByte	This boolean specifies if the current encoding is of single-byte format.
	Unicode	Returns an encoding for the UTF-16 format with little-endian byte order.
	UTF7	Returns an encoding for the UTF-7 format.
	UTF8	Returns an encoding for the UTF-8 format.
