Specifies the design time packages installed in the IDE and the runtime packages that you want to install on your system, for use on all projects.

Design packages |
Lists the design time packages available to the IDE and all projects. Check the design packages you want to make available on a system-wide level. You do not need to have a project open to install packages on a system-wide level. |

Add |
Installs a design time package. The package will be available in all projects. |
|
Remove |
Deletes the selected package. The package becomes unavailable in all projects. |
|
Edit |
Opens the selected package in the Package Editor if the source code or .dcp file is available. |
