	Dispatch	Calls message-handling methods for the object, based on the contents of the Message parameter.

	Finalize	Creates a Blob on the InterBase server and writes the data from the BlobStream to it.

	SaveToFile	Saves the contents of the Blob field to a file.
	SaveToStream	Saves the contents of the BLOB field to a stream.
	Seek	Resets the current position of the TIBBlobStream object.
